Ragno Stratford

The colour of nature, green signifies life and growth, renewal and stability. Qualities that are all too much needed in these times of uncertainty and pessimism about the future. It’s no wonder people are embracing nature like never before, whether its spending time outdoors or bringing nature into their homes with plants and flowers. There’s another way you can revitalise your spirit and your space. and that’s by welcoming the fresh hues of green into your home! Create a perennial springtime with these latest tiles which run the colour spectrum from pastel mints to deep gorgeous jade.

Ragno Gleeze

Similar to the changing organic hues of nature, the Ragno Gleeze collection features visual tactility through its unique colouration that makes every tile different, just like artisan pottery. The collection’s green tones include a palette of aquamarines, and bright as well as darker forest tones that look simply magical. These super glossy tiles come with embossed eye- and egg-patterns in square and subway-tile shapes.

Emilgroup Sixty

Pale green is the colour that Emil Ceramica chose to represent the decade of the 1980s, in their Sixty collection of tiles which celebrates the brand’s 60th anniversary. The embossed Timbro Silktech tiles give the walls a textile-like cladding while the smooth surfaces of the Silktech tiles on the floor express the basic materiality of ceramic tiles, clay. The soothing chalky green tint of the space pictured above is perfectly complemented with the urbane quality of Antracite on the counter and walls. Emil Ceramica’s proprietory Silktech technology gives the tiles a silky touch while retaining important anti-slip qualities.

Ergon Medley

A groundbreaking terrazzo-inspired collection, Ergon Medley takes classic Venetian terrazzo and turns it into designs that are zippy and current. The inserts of pink against green concrete is the most daring play of contrasts in the collection, resulting in looks that are impressively fresh, modern and playful. This modern treatment of terrazzo also makes a striking contrast of styles juxtaposed with soft pastel colours as seen in the green kitchen above.

Mutina Punto

The Mutina Punto collection by the Bouroullec brothers adopts a simple repeated pattern of either raised or sunken dots to make a decorative impact. The kit-kat-like dimensions of the 31.5cm by 4cm tiles add to its modern-retro appeal. Colour choices include a matte milky green that comes across as contemplative and serene while its vivacious cousin is a glossy jade green made possible by the traditional double firing production technique.

Ragno Stratford

Concrete becomes a richer, more complex material with the Ragno Stratford concrete-inspired tile collection. Pictured above, tiles in Green clad the walls with a dusky shade of colour that has an undertone of grey for a contemporary feel. The feature wall of Pannello Jap Clay tiles from the same collection sports a running pattern of leaves to add a feminine touch to the space.

Panaria Glam

The vibrant greens of the Panaria Glam collection come through its realistic renderings of a verdant wall of foliage, or a collage of vintage green glass blocks, as pictured above. Named Greenwall and Reflex respectively, these large format tiles extend themselves into the realm of wallcoverings with their seamless visuals. Each running design comes in five modules, each 50cm by 100cm large, and only 3.5mm-thick, the thinnest in the world.
