RICE never set out to be just another tile company in Singapore. Our first showroom, launched 20 years ago in the Kallang area, pioneered the concept of container architecture with actual shipping containers housing showrooms and offices. Each time we moved, we made sure to present a fresh and innovative experience for our guests.

In 2014, when we settled into our own building at Henderson Industrial Park, we introduced riceLAB. Our intention was to change traditional mindsets toward tiles, and we did that by introducing a slew of immersive experiential spaces and industry-first customer service practices. Every customer touchpoint was designed to make the process of selecting tiles as enjoyable, efficient and enriching as possible to provide  an Experience Beyond Tiles.
