Inspired by Travertino marble, the Tivoli collection, in porcelain stoneware, reproduces its characteristics, which vary depending on the specific quarry and the region from which it comes. The CROSS cut involves cutting the stone perpendicular to the natural plane of the bed or grain. The VEIN cut involves slicing the stone parallel to the natural plane of the bed or to the grain. Both CROSS cutting and VEIN cutting have their own aesthetic appeal and can be used in different design styles and applications.
